1. What is the production lead time?

Standard orders are processed and completed within 5 business days. For custom requirements, such as unique colors or specific textures, please allow an additional 1–2 days for our artisans to ensure the highest quality.

2. What is the lifespan of RUSA Hair extensions?

RUSA Hair is designed for longevity. Our extensions last at least 1 year with proper care. With a consistent maintenance routine, many of our clients enjoy using the hair even longer.

3. Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Absolutely. As a direct manufacturer, we provide exclusive wholesale pricing. We offer a tiered discount structure—the larger your order volume, the more competitive your pricing becomes.

4. What are the differences between Vietnamese and Cambodian hair?

• Vietnamese Hair: Famous for being naturally silky, smooth, and primarily straight. It has a high natural shine and is very easy to manage.

• Cambodian Hair: Known for slightly thicker strands and a naturally coarse or wavy texture, providing excellent volume.

5. What is your Return & Refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 2 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refund: We will refund the product cost and initial shipping fees within 2 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

• Transparency: To prevent misunderstandings, we always provide detailed photos and videos of your order before shipping for your final approval.

6. Which shipping methods do you use?

We partner with world-class carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS.

• For Nigeria Clients: If you have a preferred shipping agent in China, we can deliver directly to them to facilitate your local logistics.

Once payment is confirmed and production is complete:

• USA, Europe, Russia, Australia: 2–4 business days.

• Africa: 4–5 business days.

• Estimated Door-to-Door Time: Usually ranges from 3–5 days depending on your location.

8. How do you measure the hair length?

Hair length is measured in its straight state from the top (weft or tip) to the very ends.

• Available Stock: 8–32 inches (20–81 cm).

• Customization: We can produce custom lengths exceeding 32 inches upon request.

9. What is the origin of RUSA Hair?

All our products are crafted from 100% Vietnamese human hair, ethically sourced from healthy donors. We maintain full cuticle alignment (Remy/Raw) to ensure the hair remains soft and tangle-free.

10. Can the hair be dyed or heat-styled?

Yes. Since our hair is 100% human, you can dye, bleach, curl, or straighten it just as you would your natural hair. We recommend professional processing to maintain the hair's integrity.

11. Does the hair experience shedding or tangling?

No. Thanks to our advanced double-wefting techniques and cuticle-aligned hair, RUSA Hair is tangle-free with minimal to no shedding.

12. Does the hair have a chemical odor?

Our hair is free from harsh chemical smells. We use a minimal, eco-friendly cleaning process to preserve the hair’s natural, clean scent.

13. Is the hair chemically processed?

We prioritize hair health. We apply minimal processing to ensure the cuticles remain intact, which is the secret to the durability and natural bounce of our extensions.

14. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping fees are determined by the destination country and the total weight of the package. Please contact our sales team for a real-time shipping quote from our logistics partners.

15. Can I track my order?

Yes. Immediately after your package is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its journey until it reaches your doorstep.
