All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our team before any products are sent back to our facility.

We gladly offer a full refund for the hair product value if the item is returned in its original, unused condition, with the original packaging and security ties fully intact.

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we cannot accept returns for any hair that has been installed, cut, colored, washed, or chemically processed in any way.

Please note that shipping fees, transaction fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional service charges are non-refundable. RUSA Hair is also not responsible for any loss or damage caused during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all return packages.

For ready-to-ship products, order processing typically takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. For custom-made or personalized orders, production time will vary depending on hair type, color, length, quantity, and current factory scheduling. Our sales team will provide an estimated production timeline based on your specific requirements.

To avoid shipping delays, customers are kindly requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including house number, street name, city, zip/postal code, and contact number. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient according to local regulations.
